Garry White

Operations Director (Interim), SIS LIVE

As Operations Director Garry White is responsible for ensuring SIS LIVE maintain their exceptional operational organisation to maximise the profitability of each project and continue to deliver the highest quality of service to clients. Reporting to Garry are the team managers responsible for service delivery across the outside broadcast and uplink arms of the business.

Garry’s previous experience includes 38 years working with British Telecom, with 25 of these at BT Broadcast Services. As Head of Operations there for 10 years he was in charge of service delivery of the global broadcast networks through both satellite and fibre, and has worked with most of the world’s major broadcasters. During this time he also led a team to manage the delivery of the switchover from analogue to digital television services.

As well as working alongside other major racing companies such as Racetech and Racing UK, Garry has also been involved with SIS since they were first formed back in 1986.

Prior to taking on the role of Operations Director, Garry worked for 18months as a consultant at SIS LIVE helping to improve client service management and also reviewing systems and processes in the planning and scheduling department.
