This allows us to be economical in our resource allocation, as we can expand and contract the size of technical teams through the lifespan of an integration project. Continuity is provided by a dedicated project manager who keeps firm control of costs.
Technical plans are closely followed to ensure that every last piece of equipment, cable and connector is installed in accordance with the agreed project plan. SIS LIVE pay particular attention to aesthetics and ergonomics - not only do installations have to function technically, but they also have to provide suitable and comfortable working environments for those operating them.
After installation is complete extensive testing is conducted by our teams of engineers and operatives. Our specialist broadcast knowledge and detailed insight into the intricacies of your system design will allow us to configure and test the setup end-to-end, ironing out any faults or snags and ensuring it delivers on all agreed requirements. We encourage clients to take an active role in commissioning, so that by the end of this process your operational teams are able to run the system themselves.
Once both parties are in agreement that the facilities are operating correctly within the workflows described in the planning documentation and that the installation has been carried out to a professional standard, we move into the handover phase. This is where you will take full operational ownership of the system – unless, of course, you have contracted us to provide this service as well. We will also supply you with detailed supporting documentation relating to the system.
