DV Unit is a compact DV camera control vehicle designed to support multi-camera DV shoots. With the ability to control up to 6 Sony DV cameras, it can provide them with timecode, sync pulses, racking control and tally lights. A small vision mixer is also included and this can be recorded to DigiBeta and VHS or DVD. DV Unit works best with cameras that have an SDI digital output; however it can also work with Analogue PAL outputs if required. It can control DV cameras up to 100m away as standard; further distances can be arranged on request.
