With almost 120 staff supporting the SIS LIVE operation, we have the skills and resource for any situation. On rare occasions when gremlins do their best to sabotage an outside broadcast, they have our Engineering teams to contend with. Their specialist knowledge means they can react instantly. And maintenance and trouble-shooting is just a small part of their skill set. They also offer valued advice on prototyping, design and manufacture for all in-house developed products, systems and services.

Our geographical spread also allows us to offer service response times. Supported by our help desk and scheduling teams, we’re within 2 hours of almost anywhere in the United Kingdom – providing reassurance to our broadcast engineers and customers.
