Paul joined NEP Connect as Strategic Purchasing Manager in February 2008. In his role Paul works in close collaboration with Technical Sales Support, Engineering and Operations to deliver major capital projects which include the largest uplink fleet in Europe plus the continued expansion of our UHD fibre network Anylive®.
He is responsible for ensuring the smooth supply of all capital equipment, consumables and services whilst maintaining procurement best practise and governance at all times. In conjunction with Engineering, Paul is involved with supplier selection and building long lasting relationships with numerous national and international vendors.
Paul has over 30 years’ experience in the broadcast & sat comms sectors providing systems integration, uplink services and large broadcast distribution networks across the UK. Paul is results driven and always keen to develop effective supply chain solutions whilst minimising spending costs when procuring components or services that are essential for the business.
In his spare time Paul enjoys travel, gardening and outdoor pursuits. His love of scuba diving and the natural world have taken him to numerous far flung destinations that are somewhat off the beaten track.
